2. Use of the Platform

Statline Esports provides data-driven tools, match analysis features, and progress tracking mechanisms. You agree to use these tools solely for their intended purpose of competitive improvement and performance monitoring.

• You must not use our API or platform to automate unauthorized match data extraction that places an unreasonable load on our servers.
• You are prohibited from reverse-engineering the analytics algorithms or performance scoring mechanisms provided within the software.
• Any attempt to manipulate match data inputs to falsify performance records may result in immediate account termination.

3. User and Team Accounts

When creating an account, whether as a solo player or as an administrator for a competitive team, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Team administrators are responsible for the actions of the roster members they invite into their organization workspace on the platform. Statline Esports cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

4. Data Collection and Privacy

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All original content, features, analytics dashboards, structural code, and visual design elements on this website and platform are the exclusive property of Statline Esports. They are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may download and share personal performance reports or team analytics exports generated by the platform strictly for your own competitive use or social sharing, provided you do not alter the branding or claim the underlying software as your own.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Statline Esports platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for absolute accuracy in our match analysis and stat tracking, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly synchronized with third-party game servers.

In no event shall Statline Esports, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost competitive opportunities, tournament disqualifications, or data loss.
